16. 1972-June 15. 1991 Kristian David Spencer of Monroe died Saturday evening as a result of injuries suffered in a motorcycle accident in Albany. He was 19. He was born and raised in Springfield, the son of Ronald and Leila Bean Spencer.

He attended grade school in Santa Clara, junior high school in Veneta, and graduated from Monroe High School in 1990. He was mechanically inclined and had worked on various motors. He was born in Portland to Paul and Mary Barta Zedwick. and moved to Corvallis with his family as a child. He attended school in Corvallis. In 1953 he was married to Helen Glover in Newport.

She preceded him in death on Oct. 22. 1983. For over 25 years Mr. Zedw ick was the co-owner of the City Meat Market in Corvallis with his brother, Paul Zedwick.

He retired in 1942 and worked a small farm in the Philomath area where he enjoyed raising sheep and hogs. He also worked for over 10 years as a meat cutter for the OSU coop He was an avid gardener and a skilled apicultunst (beekeeper), and enjoyed playing the concertina Mr. Zedwick was a past member of the Corvallis Elks Ixxlgc; Survivors include two sisters, Lillian Loudon of Toledo and Hose E. Zedwick of Corvallis; one niece; and one nephew. Funeral services will be Thursday at 2 p.m.
